The following countries are considered to be part of North America for our dispatch purposes: Canada and the 50 states of the USA.
Which countries are included in the Rest of the World?
If the country you have selected as your delivery destination is not included in our lists for UK, Western Europe or North America, then we consider it to be in the Rest of the World for our dispatch purposes. This includes all countries in Asia (eg: Japan, China, Pakistan, India, etc.), Australia and New Zealand, all African countries, Central America (Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, etc.), the Caribbean and Mexico, South America (Colombia, Chile, Argentina, etc.).
