Placing Your First Order

This page contains step-by-step instructions on how to place your first order.

Find What You Want To Buy

If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in the search box found at the top right of each page.

Alternatively, click on either Artists A-Z, Art Categories.

The following information is available for each artwork:

• Image of the artwork
• When the artwork was published
• The size of the artwork
• The cost of the artwork
• An Add to Basket button

Add It To Your Shopping Basket

The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want click the "Add to Basket" button on the item's product information page.

If you can't see an "Add to Shopping Basket" button, it's because the item isn't available at present. We do however offer a Picture Finder service.

When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click "Complete Your Purchase" button.

Login or Create Account

If you have already created an account simply login using your email address and password. If not, you will be required to set-up an account. This is a simple process taking about 2-3 minutes.

Enter a Delivery Address

Tell us where you'd like us to send your order, and let us know if any of the items are to be gifts (if so, you'll be given a chance to gift-wrap the print and add a gift note).

Select a Delivery Method and Delivery Option

The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

Provide a Method of Payment

Next, let us know how you want to pay for your order. We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Switch, Solo and CollectorsPrints.co.uk gift certificates as payment. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit or debit card, please enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the information you've provided and make adjustments by clicking the "edit" button next to the relevant information. When you're ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. We'll then send you a confirmation email message. We'll also send you an email when we dispatch the order to you.
